Ingredients: Wheat flour-Salt-Skimmed milk powder-Vegetables Emulsifiers hydrogenated from palm oil

| Pizza | 1000 Gm |
| Instant yeast | 7 Gm |
| Chilled water | 400 Gm |
| Oil | 80 Gm |
How to cook: Mix all ingredients until get smooth dough. Rest the dough to the desirable thickness. Final proof 20:25 min. You can put the dough in cool at 5 Celsius. In preparation put pizza topping then bake at 230 Celsius for +8 mins.
