Red Velvet
Ingredients: Wheat flour-Sugar-maize strach- vegetable- milk powder- emulsifiers from hydrogenated coconut fat.
Recipe:
Red-velvet mix | 1000 Gm |
Fresh Egg | 400 Gm |
Veg.oil | 300 Gm |
Butter milk | 250Gm |
How to cook: Mix all ingredients for 5:6 min. Fruits and nuts can be added. Fill tray with batter (65 Gm/ Piece). Bake at temp 180 Celsius for 25:35 mins.
